Organic Black Spanish radish.
This elite strain is much more uniform and tolerant to bolting than the ordinary Black Spanish variety. The black-skinned, round roots may be harvested from 2–4″ and have crisp, spicy, white flesh. Suitable for sowing midspring (soil temp. 60°F/16°C or higher to prevent bolting) through fall. Thin to 4″ apart. Medium-long storage. USDA Certified Organic.
